These are wellness resources we’ve created and developed based on our own experiences, based on our pilot project, and based on user feedback. We use them in our trainings curriculum for nonprofits and schools (Creative Commons: you can use these non-commercially but you have to credit us).

Over thousands of years, that became baked into our nervous systems, such that if we were separated from our tribe, it placed us in an automatic stress state, because we knew ... we were at greater risk of either starving or being caught by a predator.
